Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies II

Reviewed: Jul. 1, 2010
This recipe is so awesome!!! One note for sure, CHILL YOUR DOUGH for at least half an hour before you bake! The difference is unbelievable!! I swapped out the chip all the time... our current fave is milk chocolate, white chocolate and replacing the vanilla with peppermint extract! THEY ARE PERFECT EVERY TIME... the dough also freezes well if you cant bake all at once!!

Peanut Butter Bars I

Reviewed: Oct. 5, 2009
This is so incredible, and made better only by the fact that they are completely fool proof. I put the peanut butter portion in the fridge while I metled the topping... it was flawless. We let it set and went to town! I can see us making this at LEAST once a week. I cant wait to do it again!

Easy Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 19, 2008
These cookies are not only delicious but they are incredibly versitile. We added cherry flavored "Craisins", dried cranberries, chocolate chips and slivered almonds and coconut. They are always moist and delicious too! I start with plain for one kid, then beef em up with what the other kids like as I go. Awesome recipe and a true keeper! Thanks for sharing!

These were amazing! I did the first dozen with melted chocolate chips (35s in the microwave with a touch of butter)... they did not make it to the photo though!! Thanks for this recipe... A new family tradition at our house!

I have 4 children and a husband that is a very good cook... we like things that are simple and to the point - These were great!! The kids loved to help and make their own noodle shapes and dumpling hearts. Thanks so much.

Easy Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2007
This was my first attempt at sugar cookies and was A TOTAL SUCCESS!! I have picky children (yes, lord help me, even picky with cookies) and they were gone almost immediatly. I did however follow the other members advice and added the extra egg - i already make things too dry, so i was erring on the side of caution. They are so fast and easy, they are ALL 4 kids' pick for their school snack and share day!! Thanks so much!

Banana Banana Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2006
I have really picky kids, and they ALL loved this bread - making it the only thing besides pop they agree on! Luckily also, being a novice it was fool proof (whew)!!! It was great and easy and tasted terrific! We added some chocolate chips as well, just as good without 'em!
