Loved this recipe! It's so easy. I just think of the egg roll skin as an envelope with one point facing me. I filled the middle,(left to right) folded in the corners,rolled and sealed the point(with flour paste) then deep fried for 12-20 seconds a side! The filling is already cooked! (I added an extra clove of minced garlic to the filling, but that's just for my taste)
You can't go wrong with this recipe! When the egg roll skin is a golden brown all around, it's done! I loved them and would do them again, anytime! You can find egg roll skins in the ethnic/asian isle of any supermarket, as well as 5 spice powder,ginger, etc! Enjoy!
