Fresh Tomato Sauce
I thought this was pretty good, but I did add a tablespoon of oregano and tomato paste. Also I put a little less onion. I'll try blending it next time, as it didn't cook down. I think I'll also try adding basil to it. I put it on top of sliced eggplant and stuck it in the oven for 15 minutes at 450 which was very good with Parmesan on top. I think it's a versatile and good recipe, thanks.

Emily's Famous Parmesan and Peppercorn Ranch Dressing
This is very good, especially considering how low in calories it is. I didn't have parsley and used cilantro instead, which I think would be nice for Mexican food as a sauce. I put in some minced garlic as well. It tastes best the next day. Thanks for the recipe!

Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad
This was very good, and I made a few changes - I didn't have ranch dry mix, so I basically mixed mayo with some ranch and Caesar dressing, plus milk and about a tablespoon or so of sour cream, although I don't know if the sour cream was necessary. It came out to about a cup and a half. To taste, I added chives, garlic salt, and black pepper. I also added about 3 cups of diced chicken to it. After adding the chicken and bacon to the macaroni, I mixed in the dressing, and then tasted and seasoned to taste, with a little garlic salt and some cayenne pepper, which adds a really good taste. I don't remember if I added black pepper too, but probably don't need it at that point. The dressing should taste a little more mayonnaise-ey than the ranch/caesar taste.
