About this Cook
I am an Indonesian currently living in New Zealand. Having a Korean Mother, my taste is very diverse. Currently I am studying medicine and working part-time in a New Zealander restaurant as a cook. In Australia, I used to stay in different homestays. And I learnt various type of cooking from sicilian to vietnam to Indian, etc. Most of the time I don't follow any recipe, rather I think about my taste's mood and craves then see the pantry and go wild...

I love hot and spicy food. I bet you can't beat me in eating habanero competition! Dessert is a must

Pastry cooking; croissant and candies. Mastering the Chocolate cooking techniques.
My cooking tragedies
Opening the oven door in the middle of baking; causing all sort of trouble such as collapses. Those crazy times as a line cook; like cutting my own finger deep down to my bone. The lesson here: sharp knife! and tomato skin with dull knife never mix. Don't try this at home!
