Twelve Minute Pasta Toss

Very easy and very good even though I forgot to put the Parmesan on. I am sure it would have been even better. Would have given 5 if my kids had liked it. I will probably still make it again.

PHILADELPHIA Marble Brownies

Made these for Thanksgiving. So easy to make which was a plus since I was getting over a stomach bug and had no energy. Will definitely make again but next time I will make sure I get the cheesecake part to a good golden brown. Mine were just getting brown on the edges which made the brownies in the middle a bit underdone.

Grilled Brown Sugar Pork Chops

I followed the recipe but was underwhelmed. The sauce would not thicken and tasted very watery. I will try again but use *a lot* less water. A full half cup of water is way too much for 2 tsp. of cornstarch.

Best Cherry Pie

Got rave reviews at our Easter dinner from everyone in the family. I used Pillsbury refrigerated crust as I do not do pastry very well. With the time I saved, I cut out crosses and arranged them around the top in place of lattice. I also used tapioca for the thickener and 2 15 oz. cans of cherries. I think I will grind the tapioca into a finer powder next time as I saw in another recipe. All in all, a great recipe. Will definitely do again. Definitely worth the time to make the filling!

GA Peach Pound Cake

Made this for Easter dinner. Everyone loved it. I made it with canned peaches in juice and used the juice for a glaze. Yum. Will have to try it with other fruits sometime.

Oatmeal and Wheat Flour Blueberry Pancakes

Wonderful, moist, pancakes. Will probably try to make a few plain before putting in the blueberries next time for my picky eater. Also, after reading some of the reviews, I used grapeseed oil in place of the olive oil for a milder flavor. I also used 1% milk as it is what I always have on hand.

Lemony Steamed Fish

My picky 7 year old asked me to make this again. I ended up using orange roughy because it was more economical. I am thinking about trying it with salmon next time.

Zippy Egg Casserole

Took this to my Mothers of Preschoolers meeting and when I went back to pick up my dish, it was gone. Several wanted the recipe. Will definitely keep this in mind for future use. Made it as the recipe called and it was not too spicy - especially for our Tex-Mex loving crowd.
