My whole family liked this cake. The flavor reminds me of fall. The Brulee topping added the perfect sweet, nutty crunch. I always follow the recipe AS WRITTEN the first time I make it so I can accurately rate the recipe. I will definitely make again with a slight cut back in white sugar. I'd like to play around with whole wheat flour, apples, raisins & spices.

I thought it was so so. Reviewers used this recipe for I a main dish so I tried it that way too serving the sausage over buttered noodles. I wouildn't serve it that way again. This recipe tasted similar to one for mini weenies as an appetizer that I like better. Far too tart for main dish.

followed recipe as written & always double check my ingredients & directions so was greatly disappointed when the strawberry sauce turned into a soupy mess. I can't believe my container of strawberries was that overly juicy. could of used twice the starch. I ended up using a slotted spoon to strain of the runny liquid. The flavor of the pie was very good but the appearance was sloppy. Not good as a leftover.

This salad was noone's favorite at this wkend's bbq. Nobody wanted seconds. Very bland tasting & quite course to chew even though everything was pains takingly chopped for company. I gave it two stars because made with low fat mayo it would be a healthy salad to eat.

I thought after reading all the nice reviews that this was the cake recipe I was looking for. Sadly it was not. I had trouble getting the cake out of the pan despite a thorough greasing. The cake was moist but had a fall apart texture,very weird. I would definately never call a cake with this texture "pound" cake. It was just like a boxed cake mix to me even with all the add-ins. The flavor was this poor "pound" cake's shining star. The glaze gave the crumbs that sweet-tart flavor I was craving.

I was a little shy to try this recipe at first because the of the squash & veggie combo but The whole family gobbled this dinner. I love adding veggies to the main dish anyway I can & it's easy with this dish. I butterflied the breasts & put a large mound of the delicious stuffing on each. I also changed to olive oil for the sauteeing & seasoned the dredging flour. When I next make these I think I will omit the browning step because since I butterfly the breasts only the stuffing shows, saving a big step the prep.

I only gave this recipe 3* because the sauce was cloying, too heavy & too over powering. I like bold flavors but this was way over the top. I was thinking that I could add more potato next time but since it makes so much I think one can of soup & only 8oz of sour cream would be better. Also 1 1/2c of parm was too much for us. It made it too salty. Buttered bread crumbs mixed with half the parm might be better. I was thinking that spinach, asparagus or broccoli added would lighten this heavy cheesey casserole.

My family & I did not like this recipe at all. I used Ameretto flavored liquid non-dairy creamer since the recipe didn't specify. Maybe that's why I thought the flavor was off. The cake & the topping had a fake almost metallic taste. Yucky

No one in our family liked this recipe. The cookies were very pastey tasting & they had little peanut butter flavor. The cookies were not sweet enough even with the sugar in the recipe & the sugar from the pressing & even with the chocolate on the top. The texture wasn't good either, very dense.

My family enjoyed this easy,tasty,moist cake. My only complaint was that it was more of a "citrus cake" rather than orange. I added orange zest to the batter but it still lacked the orange punch I was looking for. That said I would make it again & enjoy every piece. I would like to add my way of adding the glaze: After the cake has cooled I put the cake back into the cake pan & add the glaze to the bottom of the cake first. Glaze soaks into the bottom of the cake which traditionally never gets it. It soaks into the sides too. I then invert the cake onto a cake plate & glaze the top & sides. All the glaze gets used & doesn't run all over making for messy cleanup.

These burgers are unique & delicious. So much flavor to savor. I couldn't find calamata olives at our grocery so I used greek olives that are similar with great results. If you are wanting to try something new, with lots of interesting tastes-TRY THESE.
