Grandma's Corn Pudding

This was easy to make and turned out great! I used three extra large eggs and took other advice and mixed the milk and cornstarch first. I also used a 9 x 13 glass baking dish. This was a big hit for us and will definitely be in our favorite collection! Thanks for the recipe.

Creamy Banana Bread

Wow I really like this bread! Followed the recipe. Next time I will add butter to the pecan, cinnamon, brown sugar mixture. I baked on second rack and for 36 minutes, came out nice and moist! Thanks for the recipe!

Used pecans instead of walnuts. Really loved that it was not overly sweet and had a slight hint of lemon. Took Marianne`s advice and made two rolls also covered so it would not over brown. Delicious, will definitely make again. The dough came out really nice and I rolled with out the towel. Thanks for the recipe!

Best Ever Jalapeno Poppers

Made these tonight and it was a little time consuming but well worth the effort. My wife liked them and that's saying something. Definitely a keeper recipe for me. I will put just a pinch of salt on my peppers before stuffing them next time. Thanks for the recipe!

Stuffed Acorn Squash

I made this tonight for supper along with baked chicken. I did mix my dressing first and then added to the squash, butter and brown sugar. I did not add the garlic. Thanks for the recipe will make this again!

Blueberry Buttermilk Coffeecake

I followed the directions and made no changes. The crumb topping was excellent and cake was moist, not overly sweet which I liked. Batter was thick so dont let that make you second guess. Makes a very big cake so it will be great for a large family or event. Definately a keeper and will make many times again! Thanks for the recipe.

Bill's Sausage Gravy

I used Jimmy Dean regular sausage along with Wondra quick mixing flour for gravies. The ingredient amounts were the same and the sausage gravy turned out good. I made bisuits to go with the gravy definately will make again! Thanks for the recipe.

Grilled Poblano Pepper and Mango Quesadillas

This was very good I liked how the sweetness of the mango blended so well with the creamcheese and poblano pepper. I also grilled my peppers and removed the skin. Will make again!

Braised Corned Beef Brisket

Wow! This came out really good. I was a little skepticle ..but I followed the recipe and I must say this is a new way for me to cook corned beef. I had to use my cast iron grill pan and it worked like a charm. Mauigirl thanks for the recipe...great job!

I love into beans and these were very good, I used smoked jowl for the meat and it worked well. For me there was not enough salt in the recipe that was an easy fix.Thanks for the recipe.
