I love to experiment, any type of meat or veggie. I like to grill, slow cook on grill, smoke meat and fish and bake.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Family gatherings where I just love to BBQ and Grill. Every one together in peace and harmony (never happens) enjoying good food and talking about the good ole days. Holidays are always a big cooking day or weekend.

Traditional Rub for St. Louis Ribs
These were awesome! I followed the recipe almost (lol) I did take others advice and only used two teaspoons of salt. I added black pepper and cayenne to the recipe. Used smoker and did not use indirect heat. Cooked for six hours, used aluminum foil the last two hours. Smithfield St. Louis ribs were very meaty and cost was a very good value! Will definitely use Smithfield Pork Ribs again!

Sizzlin' Fajitas
Loved the recipe. I was not sure at first about the marinade but it worked awesome on the meat. I followed the recipe. A real extra treat was the guacamole with fresh squeezed lime juice topped with sour cream on the Fajita! Will definitely be using this recipe again. Thanks
