Crab Brunch Casserole

This is a great recipe. I have used salmon and this time I used imitation Crab. Both have been exceptional. It's a great recipe to do ahead.

Glazed Pearl Onions With Raisins And Almonds

I was applauded with these onions and had been asked for the recipe at my dinner party. I used frozen pearl onions the 2nd time as cleaning the onions was tedious. Do not cook the frozen onions the time suggested as it gets mushy.

Best Apple Salad

My family and I love this salad. The last time a made this salad I did drain the beans thoroughly. We did enjoy the salad much more when I did not drain the beans thoroughly, as the juice made it more enjoyable. It's a personal taste I guess.

Apricot Lentil Soup

This recipe goes back to my heritage. We have been known for apricots so this is the most special recipe and the most tastiest. My family flip their lid with this as did I as none of my cook books has this variation. Thank you Karena

Ham and Pineapple Dinner

Bean Soup

This is a very tasty soup and a great way to use the leftover ham. I added more vegetables as the amount was not ample. My son asked for the recipe since they too thought it was delicious. The simplicity of the recipe is because all the ingredients have their own wonderful flavor, good for anytime.
