These are great and really super easy. I did what a lot of the previous reviewers said and only used 1/2 cup milk. I only had white wine vinegar so I used that. I also substituted 1/2 of the flour with whole wheat flour to give them a little bit of fiber. I let my kids get all sticky and roll out the donut holes and they had a blast! We fried them in about 1/2 cup of vegetable oil in a skillet and let them drain on paper towels. Confectioners sugar, chocolate syrup, and cinnamon sugar were all used for toppings. A huge hit for a great Saturday morning!

Delicious and Easy Mock Risotto

This recipe was excellent. My husband and kids (and I) ate it all up. I added a bunch of italian seasoning, black pepper and lots of parmesan cheese and it was creamy and delicious.

Chicken Tortilla Soup I

I loved this soup! My husband loved this soup! We had eaten at Chili's the other day and just loved their chicken tortilla soup, so I thought I'd try something like it. This was FAR better!! I also added some tabasco at the end to give it a little kick, and YUMMY!! Very filling, tasty, and perfect for leftovers the next day.
