These "chips" are awesome. My husband now loves zucchini. I've passed this recipe along to friends. Everyone agrees -- it's the best. I do what the other reviewers' said -- spray with cooking spray (olive oil spray) for crispiness.

Garden Fresh Tomato Soup

This tomato soup is outstanding. You'll never want to eat the canned stuff again. I peeled and seeded (doesn't take as much time as it sounds) tomatoes so didn't need a strainer or mill. If you have an abundance of summer tomatoes, do yourself a favor and make this soup!

Sloppy Joes II

This one is THE sloppy joe recipe. Just right. My husband loves it when I come home and tell him we're having slopy joes. He also loves them the next day in his lunch. REAL comfort food!

Beer Battered Fried Vegetables

This is an excellent batter. Light and crisp -- just right. I did let the flour & beer sit for 3 hours. Definitely try this one. Zucchini is wonderful fried with this batter.
