Cranberry Cherry Pie

Gave it a 5 for taste alone. A little bit runny, but I guess a lot of pies are. Superb taste.

Brussels Sprouts With Franks

Okay my friends, I must have done something way wrong. I used lime rather than lemon, white wine vinegar and baked rather than grilled (as many others did all three of these). The results were a bland, very bland sauce over chicken. :(

Key Lime Pie VII

Great pie and easy to boot. I had key lime pie in Florida once and did not care for it. But with this recipe coming so highly rated, I had to make it for a small gathering. It was devoured. I used 2 cans of condensed milk, a small tub of sour cream, and key lime juice from a bottle (in the health foods section of the grocery store) as others had recommended. It was slap your momma good!

Satay Sauce

I felt this recipe to be too bland. I added some cumin and Chinese 5 Spice Blend to it to give it a "more than peanut butter" taste.

Tagine of Moroccan Chicken

We just prepared this dish for New Year's Eve. We followed the recipe as stated except used chicken breasts. It was DELICIOUS! I figured it would be too sweet, but it was not at all, we will certainly cook this again. Thanks!!

African Chicken Stew

This recipe did not work for me, the sweet potatoes became mooshy and I had to keep adding liquid to the pot as it cooked. I was disappointed with the flavors of the dish. Glad others had more success. Peace.

Double-Crust Creamy Raisin Pie

Delicious! My mother used to make raisin pie and when I stumbled on this recipe I had to make it. I used pre-made crust (because I had never baked a pie before) and used 1 3/4 cup raisins rather than just 1 cup. The pie is sweet and flavorful. I made another to share with my work staff on Monday.
