Pecan Pie V
Very tasty! Like others I made a patten on the top of the pie to make it look nice. I also lightly toasted the pecans in the oven while it was pre heating, it deepend the flavor. Thanks for sharing.

Absolutely The Best Shrimp Scampi
Very tasty. I only gave it 4 because I had alot of flower bits in the sauce. Next time I might just not flour them. And I had to add some lemon and crushed red pepper to perk it up. Every one loved it. Thanks for sharing.

Cherry Tomatoes Filled with Goat Cheese
So good! I did use a herbed goat cheese and the blu cheese like another reviewer mentioned. Also a fun serving tip: on a platter put a layer of coarse kosher salt and place tomatoes on top of the salt. Its a pretty presentation and the tomatoes dont roll all over your dish.
