Shrimp Scampi Bake

Reviewed: Jun. 14, 2005
I've made this recipe countless times and everytime I make it my guests love it. But I add a pinch of salt into the butter to bring the flavor out even more. Overall, GREAT recipe!

Mushroom Sauce Baked Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2007
I seldom make pork chops but this recipe proved that pork chops can be easy to make and delicious. For the scalloped potatoes I used seasoning salt, pepper and added some grated cheddar cheese. I also added some garlic powder and paprika to the sauce to give it a kick. Will definetly make again!

Pork Tenderloin with Dijon Marsala Sauce

Reviewed: Feb. 27, 2007
This was a wonderful and delicous recipe! Everyone liked it. I added crimini mushrooms and substituted shallots with onion. The tenderloin cooked in the time suggested but the slight problem that I had was that my sauce thickened very quickly. Next time I'm going to wait till the last 10 mins or so to make the sauce. Thx for the great recipe!

Cathy's Banana Bread

Reviewed: May 9, 2007
very easy to make and super moist! I used 1 cup white sugar and 1/3 cup brown sugar and found it a little too sweet but maybe also because I used 3 med sized bananas. It took exactly 50 mins to bake to a golden brown. I used fat free sour cream and it worked great. Be sure to cool completely because it can be sticky.

Brown Sugar Smokies

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2007
Absolutely delicious! The sweetness of the brown sugar balances the saltiness of the bacon. I simply put them in the oven for about 12 mins, poured the bacon fat then broiled it for a couple min. I'd definately make this recipe again.

Easy Garlic Broiled Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2007
Overall this recipe was very good and the chicken was very tasty. I made some changes: Added some sugar when I melted the butter to balance the flavors. I also browned the chicken thighs first then placed it in the oven for about 15 mins at 350 degrees. Then I broiled it for 5 mins. When I was basting the chicken every 5 mins I added some honey into the sauce and it tasted great! But becareful the chicken may brown/burn quickly! One more thing, I used bone-in chicken thighs so boneless might require less cooking time.
