Penne with Mushrooms

We really liked this. I doubled the recipe for company and added more garlic than called for (LOVE it). I also cut up boneless chicken breasts and cooked them in olive oil to add to the pasta. I also used grated and lots of shredded parmesan cheese to top it off.

Baked Ziti I

We LOVE this recipe! I have been making this for a year or so and figured it's time to rate it. It is delicious. The only thing I change is leaving out the onion (don't care for them) and I use 8 oz. of each of the cheeses, that's how they come in the package. It makes a ton, but we don't the leftovers. Thanks for a great recipe!

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

This is a good, easy roast. I don't think it's spectacular, but an average roast. This was the 2nd time I have made this and both times it turned out very soupy. I added a package of brown gravy mix at the end to thicken it up...which made it much better.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

I have been making this recipe for years. The only thing I do different is put the glaze on the top. I also mix up extra glaze and microwave it just before serving for dipping.
