Vegetarian Baked Pasta
This was very good but I did make some changes. I used less mushrooms and gorgonzola cheese. I also used an italian cheese blend instead of just mozarella. It consisted of mozzarella, provolone, parmesan, romano, fontina, & asiago cheeses. I also cut up some chunks of roman tomato and used a chunky garden spaghetti sauce. I will definitely make this again. Thanks!

Broccoli Chicken Casserole I
I followed many of the suggestions mentioned in the other reviews, but instead of cream of chicken soup, I mixed an 8 oz. sour cream with the cream of mushroom soup. It was so good!

Blueberry Gelatin Salad
I am so greatful to have found this recipe. My mother used to make this exact dish & I never got the recipe before she fell ill. Thank you so much for posting. This is a delicious dessert & brings back many wonderful memories.
