Pork Chops to Live For

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2013
I've made this for years, in addition to the cream of mushroom soup I also added a can of Golden Mushroom soup. You can also do it in a slow oven for about 4 hours. This is a great receipe, the meat falls right off the bone.

Moon Pies

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2011
Aren't these whoopie pies...moon pie has graham cookies, using graham flour to make a graham cracker cookie, filled with marshmellow and dipped in chocolate. That is a moon pie. These are whoopie pie.

Chicken-Parmesan Bundles

Reviewed: Jan. 27, 2011
In the ingredients it says "6 (4 ounce) boneless skinless chicken breasts, pounded to 1/4-inch thickness" This was very good, thank you for the recipe.

Coal Miners Pasties

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2011
This has always been a favorite. Although I make it with ground beef and it is never dry. I also didn't use turnips, just ground beef, onion and chopped/sliced potatoes. Since I had a big family I made it often in a pie plate. After slices were cut some topped it with gravy, chili sauce or ketchup. I alsways liked my plain.

Banana Cream Pie I

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2010
This was excellent. I had no trouble with it what so ever. I followed the recipe and instructions exactly except I didn't bake it. It was perfect and the pudding was the right consistency as soon as it was finished cooking. I did put the banana's in lemon juice as I thought that was just common sense whenever you use banana's in a recipe. My pie was perfect and I got many compliments on it.
