This is a great bread recipe. I did a couple of things differently. I used 2 cups of wheat flour instead of bread flour, I also used platic warp to cover instead of a damp cloth. I didn't have 9 by 5 inch bread pans, so I decided to make one very large loaf in a 11 by 5 inch pan, and the bread turned out wonderful, and the baking time remained the same. This bread is not too sweet at all. Maybe I have a sweet tooth and can't taste all the sugar. It makes for wonderful sandwiches. The bread cuts easily. I'm very pleased with the way my bread turned out, and how wonderful it tastes.
