My husband hunts, so I love cooking venison and wild hog. The taste is fresher and cleaner than store bought. My fav types to cook are italian, mexican and traditional southern

I made stuffed cabbage and didn't tear any of the cabbage leaves.... GO ME!!!!!!!!
My cooking tragedies
made lasagna with immitation mozzerella cheese for my in-laws unknowingly (he picked it out) once. let's just say it went badly..... very very badly.

Bananas in Caramel Sauce
this was the first time i had ever attempted to make a caramel sauce and let me tell you YUM!!!! i made it to go with a pie and it was stellar. i used heavy cream instead of milk. other than that I followed the recipe to the letter. it makes a LOT! be prepared to have something to save the unused portion. this close to christmas and parties it will definitely not go to waste.

Savory Tater Tot Casserole
my mom used to make a variation of this when i was a kid. instead of using cream of mushroom soup, she used cheese sauce made by campbells. i precook the meat, add worcestershire sauce to mine and use nacho sauce instead of soup. I LOVE IT and so does my family. tons of flavor, very filling, and incredibly simple.
