Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2014
Easy and great. I don't use the ranch seasoning pack, but that's because we add ranch dressing on top as well as putting it on butter toasted texas toast. Never any leftovers.

This was good but I would def. add more sauce next time. After baking it was kinda dry. Will make again with another jar of sauce.

Banana Split Bars

I ended up just making this into 2 pies and used pre-made crusts to cut down on time. They were both gone in a day. Yum!

My non Chinese food eating hubby can't get enough of these. I did simplify it and just used the pre-shredded package cole slow mix to save time. Huge hit with no leftovers. Will most definitely be making again. Thanks for the recipe.

Double Tomato Bruschetta

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2014
This was really good. Didn't have french bread so I used regular bread..Note do not do that as the bread gets soggy. Will be making with the actual french bread next time. Yummy.

Quick and Easy Pizza Crust

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2014
Used this to make a BBQ chicken pizza and a veggie pizza. For the time it takes this is fantastic. I think if you let it rise a tad it would definitely be better but for the time spent..this is easy and good. Saved to recipe box. Thanks for the recipe.

Slow Cooker Beef Stew I

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2014
Yummy beef stew without standing over the stove all day. I do add more celery, carrots and potatoes (personal preference), more beef broth to compensate for the extra ingredients as well as increasing spices. Lots of times I'll even toss in a can of hominy towards the end for hubby. This has been a regular staple at our house since I found this recipe a couple of months ago. If it doesn't have enough spice for ya experiment. Fool proof. Thanks for the recipe.

Butter Crescents

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2014
Fool proof and delicious. I've made these twice now and they disappear so fast it's crazy. Very fluffy inside. One note if you only cut your circles into 6 wedges be prepared to have some crazy big rolls. I cut them into 12 for smaller ones. I do typically have to let mine rise 30 minutes longer than the recipe calls for. Will be making over and over. Thanks for the easy recipe.

Easy Cheese Ball II

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2014
Easy and good. I divided this into 2 balls and froze one for this upcoming weekend. Definitely would suggest letting it sit overnight. The day it was made before rolling it up I tried a tiny bite and wowza it was powerful, but after sitting all night it was mellowed out some. Next time I think I will cut back on the ranch as it was just a bit to much. Other than that won't change anything. Thanks for the easy recipe.

Broccoli Cheese Soup

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2014
First time I've ever made broccoli and cheese soup..Very good! Ended up using the white wine with butter to saute the onion in so I used one less can of chicken broth, doubled the broccoli, added 8 oz cream cheese as someone else suggested, left the water out and dissolved a tablespoon of cornstarch in 1/3 of the cup of milk. End result it wasn't crazy thick (didn't want it to be) and was perfect. I did not double the cheese, but with the cream cheese it was plenty cheesy. This makes a huge pot. Freezing half for an easy meal this weekend. Thanks for the fantastic recipe.

Stuffed Shells I

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2014
This was my first go at making any kind of stuffed shells and it was so easy! We only used 3 c. of cottage cheese, added a little more sauce and an extra bag of mozzarella cheese on top. Had no problems stuffing the shells. Just used a spoon while holding the shell open with my other hand. Easy easy easy. Will be making again in just a couple of days and can't wait. Thanks for sharing this wonderful recipe.

Seattle Dutch Babies

Reviewed: Aug. 9, 2014
This is so good and so easy! I took the advice of another reviewer and cooked it at 425 for 25 min. as well as melting the butter in my pan before adding the mix to it and it came out perfect. I did add a splash of vanilla for some extra taste. If I were to do anything different it would be maybe try making it in a 10 in. pan instead as it puffed up so much on the sides it collapsed in one spot.

Easy and wonderful. We use a can of sliced black olives and cut up some cherry tomatoes. Great for making earlier in the day to have for a side when we grill. Will use over and over.
