Banana Bread IV

Whenever I make banana bread, I use old, brown bananas because they're sweeter. Also, coat the bottom of the pan with sesame seeds. It gives it a nice nutty flavor.

My gosh, tabouleh in general is just awesome. Be sure to use fresh herbs- theyre the best. Add the tomatoes just before serving to avoid putting them in the fridge- they get all mealy and gross. Also, for the health consious, I put about a cup of this stuff in a sun dried tomato tortilla and it was awesome!

Spicy Chicken Curry

I tried the idea of mashing up chopped ginger and garlic to substitute the ginger garlic paste, but my curry turned out really watery. Also, is it poppy seeds or poppy seed paste? Anyway, it had a good flavor.

I don't know why, but they seemed to fluffy to be naan. Try melting cheese on top- it's really good!

Jack's Chocolate Chip Cookies

I made $11.75 by selling a batch of these for 25 cents a cookie! These are AWESOME! Also, I didn't have any white sugar for some reason, so I used 2 cups of brown but slightly less sugar and more vanilla, which worked really well.

Easy Decadent Truffles

a little plain- but i guess that's what truffles are- just chocolate. next time i'm gonna roll them around a whole nut and coat them in powdered nuts.
