Tasty Buns

Reviewed: Sep. 13, 2005
These are so good and easy to make. Hubby and the kids were eating so many of them by themselves when they came out of the oven I was concerned about having enough to actually have with supper. Thank you so much for this recipe. Will definately be making tons of these in the future.

Sweet and Sour Drumettes

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2005
This is very simple to make. I loved the sauce, although I was very skeptical about the smell while it was in the oven and almost stopped cooking it. Glad I let it finish. I loved it, but hubby didn't but he doesn't like sweet and sour anything. Thanks for sharing.

Marty's Loosemeat Sandwich

Reviewed: Aug. 19, 2005
This is definately a unique recipe. I have never had a loosemeat sandwich before but it was OK. I will try making this again but maybe add more spices to it for more flavor. Thanks for sharing.

French Bread Rolls to Die For

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2005
These are the easiest and most fool-proof rolls to make. I added 1/2 tbsp. more sugar and 1/2 tsp. more salt in it since other reviewers suggested it and they were good but next time I make them I will use a tad more sugar still since I like my rolls sweeter. I used butter instead of egg on the tops and they turned out crunchy on the outside. Didn't have any problems getting them to hold their shape while rising. Thanks for sharing.

Best Ever Pie Crust

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2005
This is so easy and so good. I had never made pie crust before and it turned out perfect. Used it to make the applesauce custard pie from this site and added a tiny bit of cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves to the crust for a bit of zing to it and it turned out incredibly great. Will definately be using this in the future to make pies with. Thanks for sharing this simple but great recipe.

Applesauce Custard Pie

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2005
I made this last night using the Best Ever Pie Crust and Crumb Topping For Pies recipes from this site. I added nutmeg, cloves, and cinnamon like another reviewer and it turned out delicous. Next time I think I will make 2 pies out of the mixture instead of one though since part of the filling ended up in the bottom of my oven (probably from the topping). Definately a keeper though. Thanks for sharing.

Butter Crescents

Reviewed: Aug. 14, 2005
This recipe is very tasty. Instead of making rolls, I used it to make a huge 12" pizza pocket with instead of using regular pizza dough (hubby doesn't like pizza crust). It came out very tasty and now hubby asks me to make this on a regular basis. Thanks so much for sharing this recipe.

Kathy's Delicious Whole Slow Cooker Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2005
This is a great recipe. Have never made chicken in a crock pot before and was a little skeptical about it but this is so wonderful. My picky hubby even loved it and he's kinda hard to cook for. The chicken turned out perfect. Thank you so much for sharing this terrific recipe.

Hearty Meatball Sandwich

Reviewed: Jun. 30, 2005
This is such an easy recipe. I added an egg, left out the onion, and made them into meatballs instead of baking it whole. Hubby couln't stop eating this. My picky 4 and 6 year old also loved these. I will definately be making these again. Thanks for the recipe.

Bill's Sauce

Reviewed: Jun. 28, 2005
I used this to marinate and baste some steaks in. It really made my meat very tender after a just a few hours but I think next time I will try adding additional spices with this mixture for for a flavor that is more my taste.

Kathy's Award Winning Barbeque Sauce

Reviewed: Jun. 28, 2005
This is the best BBQ sauce ever. I will never buy store bought again. I didn't have tomato juice so I had to substitute it for a little tomato sauce. I also was out of onions so I used half a pack of onion soup mix instead. This recipe is definately a keeper. Thank you for sharing it.

Homemade Hashbrowns

Reviewed: Jun. 28, 2005
My family has been making these for years except we add a little flour so they hold together better. We also call them potato cakes instead of hashbrowns. This is a terrific recipe.
