Yum! This is what was for breakfast this morning - no problems at all with the recipe. The only thing I didn't have in stock was the baking powder! Substituted 1/4 tsp baking soda and 1/2 tsp cream of tartar for each tsp of baking powder. Oh, also didn't have dry buttermilk... used regular dry fat-free milk and it worked fine.
