Spicy Grilled Shrimp

Reviewed: Apr. 18, 2006
Super yummy! Everyone raved about the shrimp at Easter dinner! Great taste! Used 2 garlic cloves, 1/2 tsp. table salt, and 1 tsp. Cajun Seasoning instead of paprika. Yummy!

Southwestern Grilled Chicken with Lime Butter

Reviewed: Apr. 18, 2006
Awesome! Everyone loved this recipe! The butter is so unique and makes the recipe taste straight from a restaurant. The only changes I made were...I used 1 1/2 lbs. boneless chicken breasts and jalapeno instead of serrano chile. Yummy!!

Yummy and easy! A hit with the whole family! Next time I'll add more zing like green chilis or hotter salsa. Yummy!

Jacksonville Carrots

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2006
Excellent! Great dish to prepare when company's coming! Very tasty! Used approximately 4 tablespoons of butter, and it was plenty. Cut the carrots into bite-size coins before steaming and it made it a lot easier. Super yummy with hazelnuts and pecans- I've tried it both ways. Yummy!

This is like chili with potatoes in it. Not so good, but edible.

Valentine Meatballs

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2006
Very yummy! In order to get the filling inside the meatballs, my meatballs turned out really big. It was easier to shape them into hearts than I thought it was going to be. Our Valentine's Day lunch company liked them too! The meatballs made great leftovers- we put one on a bun, added some ketchup and mustard and had a hamburger! Thanks for the recipe!

Easy Valentine Sandwich Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2006
We loved the flavor of the cookies, but the sandwich part was more work than it was worth. They were tasty just as plain ol' sugar cookies. Yummy cookie cut-out recipe. Thanks!

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2006
Yummy! Followed the recipe exactly, with the exception of using a package of fully cooked shredded chicken to cut down on time. Everyone at the Superbowl Party liked it! Next time I'll try it without the beer to see what the difference is in taste! Super easy, super yummy!

Pumpkin Butter

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2006
I like this pumpkin butter, but I think it has too much ginger in it. I wonder what it would taste like if you used brown sugar instead of white. Like other viewers, I used a little over 1 cup of apple juice. Good recipe overall. Will try again and tweak the spices. Thanks for the yummy recipe.

Sugar Cookie Frosting

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2005
Made this frosting to go on top of Christmas cookies. I used butter instead of shortening and I think that's why they did not dry very well. Still tasty though!

Great tasting traditional pumpkin pie! We like to add a little more of each spice to make it a "spicier" pie!

Reese's® Peanut Butter and Milk Chocolate Chip Fudge

Reviewed: Jul. 17, 2005
So yummy! Has the perfect consistency. We loved it, but wanted more of a chocolatey taste, so next time we will add some extra chocolate chips and use less of the peanut butter chips. Easy to make, but you do have to stir for quite a while. Yummy!
