Easy Bake Fish

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2005
this recipe is really good. I used normal mustard, not dijon, added way more pepper, and a little more honey too. Turns out very sweet and spicy (due to extra pepper)...will definately make again sometime...

Banana Crepes

Reviewed: Sep. 22, 2005
This recipe is absolutely delicious! One of the best crêpe recipes I've ever tried. I ended up adding more brown sugar than you called for, and just guessing (not measuring) the creams and cinnamon. It tends to caramelize on the stove at medium heat and creates a very sticky, but very sweet concoction...very good.

Microwave Mochi

Reviewed: Jun. 26, 2005
I might have done it wrong, but unless you want to have a very sticky mess while rolling, then I suggest coating the surface you're working on and your hands thoroughly with the starch substance...also, just the plain mochi tastes kind of bad from the starch. I reccommend putting something in it. Putting a small bit of ice cream and then rolling and freezing for about 20 minutes or longer is good...
