Everyone loved this, even those who do not share my love of salmon. I never delete ingredients from well-reviewed recipes, but I can't help it when other reviews add to the recipe with ingredients that I adore. So, I doubled the sauce because I had 2 lbs of salmon- (could have easily handled 2 1/2 lbs) Added 2 T fresh minced ginger and 1/2 T horseradish. Marinated 30 minutes skin side up. Flipped it to bake. Did not have any problem with sauce burning. Spooned sauce over a few times while baking. Garnished with chopped scallions. Just wish I made more, so I could have some cold for lunch! Fantastic- our new favorite for "oven" salmon. Still love firecracker salmon, on this site, for grilling!
