Ive had a passion for cooking ever since I was young; watching my father, grandmother and my aunts, cook meals and holiday dinners in a small cramped kitchen in a one bedroom apartment in Los Angeles. Since TV was the babysitter of the 60s, you might say my babysitters included Julia Child, and Graham Kerr. Salmon, with ginger and garlic, with roasted Boc Choy and a summer salad Friday evening dinner. Roasted chicken, or Beef Brisket Creme Brulee Poached pears. The trick is to watch them very carefully... I didn't what a disaster!
