Southern Peach Cobbler

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2010
This was so good and so easy to make! I only had peaches in own juice so I didn't add all of the juice. This may have caused it to be just a little runny.

Spooky Witches' Fingers

Reviewed: Nov. 6, 2007
This is a cool recipe. I am not a fan of sugar cookies so I rated it a little higher that I really thought it should be (flavor wise) other wise I would have given it a 5 because it is such a good idea. When making the fingers you have to make them SUPER thin. About the size of your pinky finger in width (unless you have "man-hands" or are a man. My first batch was more like monster fingers.

Beer Margaritas

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2006
WOW! I really wasn't expecting this to be any good, but I had the ingredients so I made it anyway. I was really surprised. This was really good. I only used half of the tequila because it was all I had. I used about 3/4 of the water and everything else was as instructed. I'm on my 2nd glass...buzz buzz. So if disreguard any spelling errors.

Beef Nacho Casserole

Reviewed: Apr. 7, 2006
This is a good recipe and so easy. I made my 15yr old make it as punishment and serve me for a change! Haha! He made it with ease. We left out the mayo, used mexican cheese and frozen corn. Served with sour cream and jalapenos.

This is an excellent recipe!!! I make this about twice a month. It is super easy to make and taste so wonderful. Even my 15 month old will eat this. Once, I accidentlly bought "hot" diced tomatoes and it was really good.

Banana Wheat Bread

Reviewed: Mar. 2, 2006
This recipe has a good flavor but it was pretty dry. I used almonds instead of pecans and cooked it about 50 mins. I have never cooked anything with wheat flour so I don't know if maybe that was the reason it was so dry.

Love, Love, Love this. I don't know about the picture shown. But the flank steak we buy is boneless. My husband cooks it on his Big Green Egg and then we slice it up and make fajitas out of it! Wonderful!

Cookie Balls

I made this recipe to put in my gift tins this Christmas. Everyone loved them. They looked pretty too. I didn't coat them all the way so you could still see the oreo color then I sprinkled them w/ red and green sugar.

Really good fudge. I doubled the recipe so if you do that make sure you have a really big bowl to do it in.

Teriyaki Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 9, 2005
This was so easy and so good! I used boneless/skinless chicken breast and I only had ground ginger so i used 1/2 tablespoon. I also mixed in a little pineapple juice for basting and topped the chicken off with some pineapple slices. Served w/ brown rice and broccoli and used to leftover juice to put over the rice. I can't wait to have this again!
