Good brothy base...I added a few leftovers (chopped up steak, added cooked rice). Would be nice the way it is or adding any vegetables desired (we added onions and corn). Easy. Had everything on hand for a last minute dinner decision.

Fettuccine Alfredo V

Absolutely divine! Incredible flavor and texture. I really like the garlic added to it. The next day there was quite a bit of butter/oil pooled at the bottom of the tupperware, so...I don't know if I'll cut back on that or not? I don't know if that will affect my moisture/creaminess.

Egg and Sausage Casserole

My kids are not big on casseroles because they tend to be more complex on taste, but they LOVED this breakfast. My husband works at home, so we breakfast and lunch are our main meals. We will definitely be repeating this. My dh thought it needed a little more flavor (I didn't) so next time we might add some onions and garlic.

Jimmy's Mexican Pizza

My 5yo son loved making this with me, and he loved eating it too! We made two pizzas. One for dh and I, and one for the kids so we could adjust it according to what they like. (ie. ranch dressing instead of salsa--can you believe it??)

Breakfast Rounds

My 5yo son was so excited to make this and then he didn't even try it! :-( picky eater. But my husband and I loved it. Nice flavor. We like trying different varieties of apples--Pink Ladies are our fav right now.

Cracker Salad

My husband and I liked this salad. I agree with one of the other reviews...the crackers do get a little soggy after a while; next time I make it I will add the crackers just before serving.

Absolutely the Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

I am not much of a cook; my husband has been begging me to make choc chip cookies for 6 years now, and I can count on one hand the number of times I've done it (and flopped)....I sucked it up and again--and let me tell you, these were great! I didn't have butter flavored shortening so I used 1/2 cup margarine and 1/2 cup reg shortening. My kids love them and loved helping me make them, and my husband is EXTREMELY pleased.
