4H Banana Bread
I followed the advice of some of the commenters and added some cinnamon, vanilla, and substituted brown sugar for white. I also added an egg.
I also used bread flour instead of all purpose. I topped it off with powdered sugar, and voila!
It's still warm, so it's hard for me to taste its full flavor, but as it cools, it tastes better and better!
