Creamy Sourdough Snack

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2007
SO good, a big hit at our family's Christmas get together. Even my mom's finacee (a GREAT cook) approved of this. I fried up some bacon in place of the cubed ham. VERY good!

Spanish Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2007
SO Good! I used 5 min rice as directied in this recipie and it fluffed up nice. I had no problems with it not cooking in the time the recipie states. VERY easy and VERY yummy. I did not have the chicken bullion (or even chicken stock), but I did have some left over tommatow soup and I used that. Turne dout great. The cinnimon in the rice was good too. I wouldn;t think the little bit of sweet with go with the spicer taste of the dish, but it was GOOD! Definatly would recommend this!

Very easy and yummy recipie! I used a "Heath candy bar" mix which has mini chocolate chips and toffee bits in place of the chocolate chips and almond brickle chips.

Caramel Swirls

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2007
Pretty good cookies. I made these into drop cookies instead. I did everything as directed excepts I did not refridgerate for 2 hours, did not roll out the cookies and jelly roll them. I prepared the mix, melted the carmels and cream cheese, mixed them all together and dropped by rounded teaspoon fuills. Very yummy and creamy!

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2007
Very yummy! When I started preparing this punch I accidently started preparing the concentrate as a juice. Luckily I only added one can of water, then caught on! :o) Overall it was very yummy. Would be fun to experiment with diffrent flavors. VERY easy!

Chocolate Walnut Fudge

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2007
Great recipe! I have never made fudge before and decided to try it. I used 1/2 semi sweet and 1/2 milk chocolate chips. I also added crushed walnuts on top before the fudge set. I followed the directions to a T and it came out WONDERFUL! It never really lost the "gloss", so I just stirred until it was all mixed up! It was a hit at work. Thank you!
