Pesto Spaghetti Squash

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2013
Wow! I made this recipe exactly how it was written. EXCEPT I did half the crushed red peppers because I was making for kids. A MAZ ING! The next time I make it, here's what I will change. I will add more kale. I will also be adding some Italian sausage or spiced up turkey breast with this. I almost made the lasagna spaghetti squash also on this site. This has so much more nutrition. I'm glad I gave this one a try. I will be making this again.

I've made this a few times. It goes over well with picky kids. They don't smile when eating it, but they do eat it!

Creamy Chicken Bake

Reviewed: Sep. 19, 2013
I made this exactly as the recipe states EXCEPT I didn't have cream of broccoli. Used mushroom instead. The whole family loved it! Nice twist to plain canned soup over chicken.

Anna's Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 28, 2012
My Husband told me these were the best chocolate chip cookies he has ever had! For a "basic" choc chip recipe I think I will have to agree. I doubled it and made 1/2 with walnuts. MMMmmmmmm

Too Much Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2012
I brought this cake to a dinner party we went to on Valentines day. A-MA-ZING!! I also drizzled the "Satiny Chocolate Glaze" (found on this site) over the top. No need to cut back on the oil. It turned out absolutely perfect! I did use mini chocolate chips as another suggested. Thanks for this awesome recipe! I will absolutely be making this again!

Chicken Teriyaki

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2011
This is a keeper! I took the advise of the others and also cut back the sugar to 1/2 cup and used a low sodium soy sauce. I also threw in a bit of crushed red pepper and used all the pineapple juice. No fresh ginger on hand so 1 teaspoon of ground. I have 6 children so 6 chicken breasts went into the oven and I did not alter the sauce and had PLENTY!! Will definitely make this again!

Pesto Pasta with Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2010
WOW!! Delicious! I also used the olive oil from the sun dried tomatoes to cook the chicken. I was cooking for 2 family's so I used a total of 5 small chicken breasts. I added a can of mushrooms (drained) and a whole jar of pesto. I didn't alter the pasta and still had leftovers. When it was all mixed and finished I grated some fresh cheese I had picked up from whole foods earlier that day. I served with an amazing salad. Perfect meal!!

Angela's Awesome Enchiladas

Reviewed: Apr. 27, 2010
This dish has good potential. I had made the dish around 2pm before I headed out to pick kids up from school. I would def not recommend that! The enchiladas turned out VERY soggy! The flavor was good and I will try these again, however, I will use low sodium Cream Of Chicken soup next time! I would also probably try using leftover baked chicken. I dont care for the way boiled chicken turnes out. Just my personal opinion.
