Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2014
I followed the recipe as written, but forgot to add the vinegar at the end. It was excellent and I would definitely make again.

Baked Haddock

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2014
I used tilapia instead of haddock, but didn't change much else. I added more spices to the bread crumbs and only breaded one side of the fish. I've always liked fish, but never really tried to make it. It was a big help to read all the reviews. Excellent and easy.

Strawberry Salad II

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2013
Excellent and easy. I cut the recipe in half by using half of an already made strawberry angel food cake loaf from my grocery story, sugar free jello and sugar free cool whip. Everyone loved it.

Maple Apple Crisp

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2010
I cut the maple syrup to 1/2 cup and the butter to 1/4 cup. However, there was alot of liquid on the bottom of the pan. I used Fuji apples and I know they are not baking apples.

Herb Biscuits

Reviewed: Aug. 20, 2010
Excellent and easy. I did not change a thing. However, next time I will reduce the butter as the bottom of the pan was a little greasy and also use only 1 teaspoon of dried dill weed.

Pico de Gallo Chicken Quesadillas

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2010
Excellent recipe. I use my George Foreman to make quesadillas. I spray one side of each tortilla and start stacking the ingredients. There is no need to flip.

Finally, a recipe without nuts. I added a combination of dried fruit (including the raisins). We sprinkle it on yogurt. Excellent and easy.

Basic Ham and Bean Soup

Reviewed: May 6, 2007
Excellent, Excellent, Excellent. I made a few minor changes: used 4 cups of low sodium chicken broth, 2 ham shanks and no salt. I removed the meat from the shanks (1 cup) and then added 1 cup of ham.

Terry's Texas Pinto Beans

Reviewed: Jun. 19, 2005
Excellent and easy. I added 2 sliced of diced, uncooked bacon and used chicken broth if I needed to add additional liquid as they cooked. I also used only half of a jalapeno pepper.
