Bacon-Roasted Chicken with Potatoes
Wonderful. I used Traci's Adobo Seasoning Recipe from this site. It turned out great. Also, I cut the bacon and draped it over the top as some other reviewers suggested. I used thick sliced black pepper bacon and it was amazing. I only had a couple of large baking potatoes on hand so I diced those up and added them. I think you could add just about any vegetable and roast along with the chicken. Yum! Thanks for sharing.
