Caramel Popcorn

Reviewed: Oct. 2, 2007
GREAT!!!! easy to make. pretty much fool proof. someone recommended cutting the butter in half and i did. it wasn't greasy, it wasn't overly sweet. it was just right. the only other changes i made was i didn't use salt (i never use salt in anything) and i used honey instead of corn syrup (they're interchangeable).

Delicious Pineapple Muffins

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2007
this was great!!! it was hard to drain the juice from the pineapple, so i just added the pineapple and a little more to make up for the juice. i mixed the pineapple into the batter. it was moist and not bone crushingly sweet...just how i like a quick bread

Cinnamon Chip Muffins

Reviewed: Aug. 15, 2007
this is great. very moist and flavorful. The only additions i made were adding raisins. I used coconut milk because i didn't have buttermilk.

Toll House Pie I

Reviewed: Aug. 5, 2007
this was good. gooey in the middle. my chips sank to the bottom and formed a nice chocolate layer. i used a graham cracker crust because i didn't have the other kind. and like others said, i used 1/2 cup butter. it's great warm.

This was great. Simple to make. It tasted just like pumpkin pie. I highly recommend it.

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2006
Surpising good. If I didn't make them, I wouldn't know there wasn't flour in them. The only thing is, I had to bake much longer than the time given. At 8-10 minutes, they were very undone and tasted terrible. At 25 minutes, they firmed up like regular cookies.

Bavarian Brownies

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2006
These were good and easy to make. After reading what everyone else said about the batter being dry, I melted the butter instead of using it softened. That helped a lot.

Blueberry Coffee Cake I

Reviewed: Jul. 23, 2006
I was comparing blueberry cake recipes and noticed that this recipe is exactly the same as a blueberry muffin recipe I received in a baking class I took at a culinary school. There were only 2 differences. One, this recipe is half the recipe we made. The second is that all the ingredients were cut in half except the flour. The class recipe called for 3 cups of flour. Here it calls for 2 cups instead of 1 1/2 cups. That is probably the reason people are saying it's dry--too much flour.

Spinach Veggie Casserole

Reviewed: Jun. 25, 2005
EXCELLENT! JUST EXCELLENT! THE ONLY THING I DID DIFFERENTLY WAS USE GOUDA INSTEAD OF SWISS SINCE I HAD NO SWISS AND I USED BUTTERMILK INSTEAD OF REGULAR MILK. IT WAS CHEESY AND CREAMY.

Overnight Raisin Oatmeal Pancakes

Reviewed: Jun. 25, 2005
THE BEST OATMEAL PANCAKES I EVER TASTED. THE ONLY THINGS I DID DIFFERENT WAS NOT ADD RAISINS OR SUGAR. I ALSO HALVED THE RECIPE BUT FORGOT TO HALVE THE BAKING POWDER AND BAKING SODA. THE PANCAKES WERE NICE AND FLUFFY AND GREAT ON THEIR OWN. NEEDED NO SYRUP OR ANYTHING. I EVEN ATE ONE WITH A VEGETABLE SALAD.
