Herb Roasted Pork
Yum! Used 2 1/2lb loin. Doubled sauce except sugar. Used brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, and low sodium soy sauce. Also added a few squirts of honey to sauce. Only basted once, then served the rest of the sauce on the side. Can't wait to try the sauce on chicken. . . Pot stickers. . . Egg rolls. . . Very good!

Dried Beef Ball
I have made this several times. I am sure this is terrible for you, but sooo good. I usually use 4 oz of beef, b/c that is = to 2 packages of the Buddig Beef. I usually just chop all the beef and mix it in and then just serve the mixture in a bowl instead of rolling into a ball. . . Unless I am trying to be fancy. :) I always try to make ahead, b/c it is much better when the flavors have time to meld. We love it w/ Triscuits and Ritz. Thanks for a great recipe!

Garlic Butter
Halved the butter, but kept other measurements the same. Omitted paprika. Did the 1tsp garlic powder + 1/2tsp kosher salt instead of 1T garlic salt per other reviews. Will never buy frozen garlic bread again. This was soooo good spread on warm crusty bread! Thanks for a wonderful alternative to the store bought stuff!!
