This cake is divine! Everyone loves it! I like to put some of the mandarin oranges in the icing as well as the pineapple. Also, I double the icing recipe that way I can generously icing and if there is leftovers we just eat it out of the bowl!!!!

Peanut Butter Fudge IV

I am rating this a 4 because I don't know if it was me or the recipe. So many people have raved about it but mine has a rough texture and was hard to get out of the pain as others have stated. I have a gas stove so maybe this heat was too high. I may try a recipe that has butter in it next time because my chocolate fudge came out beautifully!

Aunt Teen's Creamy Chocolate Fudge

Easy to make, great flavor, I tried this and a peanut butter fudge recipe and this one was the winner by far. I followed the directions exactly as they were written and I didn't get a greasy turnout as some readers did, it was great!
