Creamy Rice Pudding

Used 1% milk and let it boil for the 15 minutes. Great with raisins, would be great without as well. Used 1/6 cup sugar and 1 tbsp Splenda.

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I

Tasty! Used regular cream of mushroom (couldn't find Golden Mushroom), but will try that next time. Added 1/2 cup onion, 1/2 packet of onion soup mix, 1 tsp beef boullion. Cooked on low for 4 hours, then on high for 45 minutes before added sauteed mushrooms and 4 oz cream cheese. Served over rigatoni.

Aunt Anne's Coffee Cake

Fantastic - moist and sooo delish! Accidentally put 1/2 cup of butter into the topping as well as the cake, and it still turned out great. Made the topping first and popped it into the freezer while I made the rest.

Great! Made just as per the recipe. If you don't like spicy, go with 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes, but as-is they weren't too spicy by any means.

Easy Broccoli Quiche

Great flavour! Used a boxed pie crust, added 1/4 cup of red pepper, 3 eggs and 1 cup of whole milk. Very rich, would use lighter milk next time. A little soggy after baking about 35 minutes, bake longer next time.

Baked Sweet Potatoes

I microwaved the sweet potatoes for 3 minutes after peeling and washing. As suggested, I used rosemary instead of oregano, and it was tasty.

Amazing! If using boullion cubes, microwave with the water to help them dissolve. No extra salt needed, as the boullion is plenty salty. My new favourite marinade!

Spring Lime Tea Cookies
