Barbequed Ribs
AWESOME!!! I did what another person suggested and schmeared the roasted garlic all over the ribs and then did the dry rub...the BBQ sauce is NOT so important here, if you have a favorite, use it...the method of covered, slow roasting and the rub is the MOST important step....PLEASE DO NOT BOIL THE FLAVOR FROM YOUR RIBS

Bob's Stuffed Banana Peppers
Oh my gosh, was this awesome! We decided to grow some hot banana peppers this year and last week I began to worry about how best to use them. I cam across this recipe and I am so glad I did. Others are right, even though my banana peppers were huge, I had a lot of extra stuffing, Soooo, I made meatballs for the non-pepper lovers in my house. Just make sure they are covered in the sauce and check the temp after the 60 minute cooking time is up. I served it with rice topped with the sauce and fresh green beans This is a definite keeper!

American-Italian Pasta Salad
i have made this many times since first finding it. It is a FABULOUS recipe for hot summer night when no one really wants to eat. Even the kids love it ( and they do not like salad for dinner )! I used the Kroger- Private Selections Hard Salami ( I think it is a 16 oz. package way cheaper than the Genoa found in the regular lunch meat section cut into pizza like wedges) and a small bag of frozen baby carrots and a small bag of frozen petite baby peas , thawed and drained ( extras are for the next time) dice the celery don't chop it and add any of your favorite veggies, such as broccoli ( florettes), tomato, diced red pepper diced and red onion diced. Try it, you will love it!
