Honey Baked Chicken II

Reviewed: Mar. 14, 2012
This was AWESOME!!! I was unsure of how this would turn out but even my extremely finicky family ate it...& loved it! I followed the other reviews & cut the butter by half & added an extra half tsp of curry powder. I only used about a quarter tsp of salt because I always brine my chicken ahead of time. Will definitely be making this again! Great job. Thanks for sharing Gretchen.

Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles

Reviewed: Oct. 23, 2004
Didn't like it the first time I tried this recipe. I figured I'd done something wrong, like left them in the pan too long, so I made them again and this time they were absolutely perfect! This is now my favorite recipe! Try using "Spectrum" brand Organic Shortening (TRANS FAT FREE).

Shrimp Linguine Alfredo

Reviewed: Sep. 26, 2004
Made this recipe and loved it!! My husband usually shies away from alfredo sauces, but not this one. He absolutely loved it! And so do I! This recipe is definitely a keeper in my house. I added a couple things like mushrooms and red onion and bell pepper.

Mom's Zucchini Bread

Reviewed: Sep. 17, 2004
I love this recipe!I've made it twice. I couldn't stop eating it. So I sent it to work with my husband. His co-workers had the same problem. They even ate the end part. I think that says a lot about this recipe. It's easy and taste great. Today I'm using this recipe to make apple-zucchini bread and carrot-zucchini cake. One way to get the family to eat their veggies.

Cajun Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Mar. 26, 2004
This recipe is excellent!! I marinated the chicken breast for a couple hours with "McCormick's Cajun Seasoning", galic powder and a little "Mrs Dash" and sauteed my vegetables before adding them in with the sauce. Thank You for sharing this great recipe with me.

Chicken Rotini Stovetop Casserole

Reviewed: Aug. 10, 2003
My family and I enjoyed this recipe extremely, although, I didn't make it with rotini. I made it with Angel Hair pasta and that was really good!
