Slow Cooker Pulled Pork
Freakin' amazing. I made a few changes that others suggested, such as poking holes in the tenderloin first and then using a dry rub (garlic salt, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, pepper, etc.) before adding the root beer. It's cheaper to buy a 2L than a six-pack of 12oz bottles, anyway, so I just poured it in until it covered the pork (and I used closer to 3lbs). I cooked it on low for 10 hours, drained the root beer, then added more of the same spices to taste and most of a 40oz bottle of Jack Daniel's original BBQ sauce. I cooked it on low for another two hours, stirring often, and finished it off by slathering hamburger buns in margarine and throwing them under the broiler for a few minutes. Add some fresh green beans in lemon-butter sauce or corn on the cob, and you're golden! Accolades all around. Some of the best pulled pork I've ever had. :) AND SO EASY!

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff
My boyfriend loved it; all I could taste was boiled chicken, and it seemed really rich to me, even using neufchatel instead of full-fat cream cheese. With some lemon juice, lemon-pepper seasoning, a cup or so of water, and some crushed red peppers, it was palatable, but I don't think I'd make it again (unless specifically requested!).

Lemon Bars I
Just ok. Nothing special, but they did get eaten within a few days, so I guess that's something!
