Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
I absolutely love these cookies! The first time I made them I made another batch the following day!! I added some Allspice into the mix too. I found that if I cooled the batter before baking them they didn't melt as much and retained their form better. XD

Italian Sausage Soup
Need to add a little more broth because it was a bit too thick but very easy, hearty and delicious.

Creamy Potato Leek Soup II
Used milk instead of cream and left out bacon but it still came out very thick. I needed to add more broth to make it more like soup than mashed potatoes. Still very tasty.
