I made two changes to this recipe, I used mild italian sausage (don't like the flavor of ground beef in any kind of pasta) and two bunches of fresh spinach(blanched). I also used my own home made spagetti sauce. It turned out delicious!!! Everyone loved it, everything was perfect. Definately will make again. Two thumps up!
