Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Sep. 23, 2007
These Cookies are Superb. My sister made these several years ago and I didn't believe that they were actually homemade. I thought that they were cookies that she purchased and tried to pawn off as her own because they were so fluffy, soft and delicious. I've made these several times now and they always come out perfectly. The last time I made them I didn't have butter, so I ended up substituting shortening. I always half the recipe so I had to use 2/3c less flour because or the thickness of the shortening. They still came out really good but I prefer the buttery flavor.

My husband and I have never really been fish eaters but because of the health benefits we wanted to give fish a try. This recipe is absolutely amazing and it's soo easy and fast! I make this At Least once every two weeks! It is very yummy. Even my son (Very Picky eater) likes it.

Baked French Toast

Reviewed: Jul. 1, 2007
I was sooo excited to make this special breakfast, but it turned out to be a real disastere. The french bread didn't fit in the pan... It was very mushy and eggy. Bleck... I wish I would have followed others reviews prior to making this. You live and learn.

Blueberry Dump Cake

Reviewed: Jul. 1, 2007
I had a dump cake for the first time about a month and a half ago. It was amazing. I found this recipe and was excited to make this for myself. It was really good, cured my sweet tooth. Since I'm the only one in the house who likes blueberries I halfed the recipe, but used the original amt of butter (I sliced it and placed on top instead of melting it as other reviewers had suggested). I ate it warm with cool whip. The only thing I will do differenly next time will be to add a little bit more cake mix because it was a lot like a bar and I was hoping for something more cakey.
