Yes, the description is accurate. Very easy to make and very delicious! I was only able to marinate 2.5 hours and it was still good. Looking foward to seeing what it tastes like marinated the full time!

Amazing Pecan Coffee Cake

Delicious! I cut the recipe in half and baked it in a round cake pan. I did not make any changes to the recipe. It was very moist and so easy to make! I like that I already had all the ingredients on hand. I imagine it would even be good if you didn't have any pecans in your pantry. Try it! :)

Old Fashioned Potato Salad

Very tasty and easy to make! I've never made potato salad before and I am happy I now have a "go to" recipe for it. I used red potatoes and kept the skins on. I also did not add celery because my husband doesn't like it. It still turned out great. Like other reviewers, I did add more mayo.

Cool Cucumber Salad

Great recipe! Very refreshing in the summer. I made as is, using the red wine vinegar. I also used different colored peppers to vary the color. I will make this again!

Shrimp Scampi II

Delicious! Other than halving the recipe for me and my husband, I followed the recipe as is. Regarding other comments about flour, I decided to go ahead and use it anyway. I dredged the shrimp by putting just a little bit of flour in a Ziploc bag. The flour did not turn the recipe goopy at all. I will make this again for sure. Very, very tasty. Even my picky husband loved it!

Summer Pasta Salad I

This salad has a great tangy flavor - I will make it again! Unless you are serving this to a large crowd, you might want to cut the recipe in half. I had a ton left over.

Corn Dip

Hmmm...the original recipe turned out really bland for my taste and I didn't care for it....however I took it to a party anyway and after we doctored it up there (hot sauce, cayenne etc.) everyone LOVED it except me.

Taffy Apple Salad I
