I really only tried this recipe because I had a bunch of celery left over after making soup. I was pleasantly surprised. It's nothing exciting but it's a nice, light & mild side dish to go with a meal, esp. of a spicier meat. I would definitely make this again. * I did sprinkle a little parmesan cheese over it before serving.

Cold Rice Salad

I was very happy with this recipe. I was looking for a well balanced, healthy meal that I could take to work for lunch that I didn't have to worry about heating up. This fit the bill perfectly with lots of protein & veggies. It reminded me of cold fried rice, but without all the oil and fat. The only thing I substituted was brown rice for the white rice. Thanks!

Make Ahead Lunch Wraps

Awesome recipe. Thanks! These are delicious, convenient, and so healthy. Took the advice of some of the other reviewers and added cilantro and taco seasoning. Also used whole wheat tortillas to make them a little healthier.

Pumpkin Turkey Chili

The base of the recipe was good - the pumpkin adds a nice rich flavor. However, I used the exact amount of seasoning recommended and I think it needs a little more spice. I will definitely make this again because the ingredients are super healthy, but I will add more spice to it.

Chocolate Mexican Wedding Cookies

Made these for an "international" party. Very nice texture, light and crumbly. Different from your average cookie. I will definitely make these again.
