Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

these cookies do taste good, but are definately cake-like, a little dry for my liking..pretty much..not great, but not terrible (the softness of it is to my husbands liking, last time I made a batch of cookies that was given to me as a gift...and they came out like rocks...

Broccoli Rice Casserole

so simple, and I was sure I'd burn it..my fiance is happy with it as well (I added a coupla this and that's like some grilled/cooked chicken...turkey would be good too)

Breaded Brussels Sprouts

I made this recipe for Thanksgiving...came out pretty good..next time I'll probably try to use a lil more butter or something to get the breadcrumbs to stick to the sprouts better. And the addition of a little soy sauce was perfect, my fiance told me this is definately a keeper.

Rosemary Roasted Turkey

I have never ever cooked/baked a turkey before, and somehow I got volunteered into cooking one for our christmas party at work. I found this recipe and thought I'd try it..long story short, EVERYONE loved it (that managed to get any..there didn't seem to be enough to go around..they shoulda bought a bigger turkey). It came out perfect, my fiance wants me to fix a turkey just any old time so he can try it. And also it made the house smell warm and "yummy"...definately a keeper...thanx

Chicken Pot Pie I

i made this for my family and friends and the friends are still begging for some more..I was impressed with how easy it was, I figured I'd mess something up somewhere, but it was perfect! for the cream of chicken soup, I found some herbed cream of chicken and was kinda leary at first to try it, but went ahead and think that's what added the lil kick (and I used frozen veggies instead of canned...)
