Banana Banana Bread

Delicious!! I followed other peoples suggestions and added vanilla and cinnamon as well as 1 c. of brown sugar instead of 3/4. Baked for last 25 mins with foil over the top to keep the bread from crisping too much. This bread turned out excellent!

Chicken and Pasta Primavera

Quick and easy, great leftover! I made this for my boyfriend and he loved it. I used shredded chedder instead of parmesan cheese and it was pretty tasty!

Quick Gnocchi

Very messy! The recipe turned out alright. It's nice for a quick little homemade pasta but the gnocchi's have no flavor so I would advice to add more of your own spicing.

Balsamic Glazed Carrots

Oriental Style Halibut

Super quick and easy recipe. I loved it and so did my family. Instead of putting in the carrots and celery I just used a bag of fresh veggies (carrots, brocoli, and sugar snap peas). Excellent and healthy!! Serve over rice if you aren't watching the carbs.

Dijon Crusted Halibut

I made this for my family. It was a huge hit, they loved the slightly tangy mustard taste and didnt even want any tartar sauce with the fish! Overall easy to make a pretty tasty.
