One word....YUMMY!:) This was sooo good. I am out of hot cocoa mix and we are in the middle of a blizzard. Had to have something for the kids and this was a huge hit! THanks for sharing! Did not add the 1/2...still creamy and delicious:)

Ice Cream Pie Shell

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2010
When I make my shell I use 2 cups rice krispies, 1/4 cup peanut butter, & 1/4 cup honey.....so good. Top it with vanilla ice cream then drizzle with chocolate syrup....yummy:) Today I had to use light corn syrup due to not enough honey...should be just as good...

Super-Delicious Zuppa Toscana

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2008
5 stars x a million! If I didn't cook this myself I would have thought someone brought it home from the Olive Garden! My husband ate 6 bowls...said it was the best soup I ever made! Thanks so much for sharing! It is a keeper. Only change...reduced red pepper flakes to 1 tsp. Plenty of spice! Used Bob Evens Italian sausage and fresh spinach and of course heavy whipping cream...not on the Weight Watcher menu!:) But so worth it! Next time I am serving with garlic bread sticks and a nice salad with Italian dressing! Can't wait! Thanks again for sharing!

Ronaldo's Beef Carnitas

Reviewed: May 19, 2008
This was the best roast recipe! I wrapped the roast in foil after rubbing it with seasonings. Then placed it in my crockpot on low for almost 9 hours. Opened the foil and the juices just flowed and the meat fell apart! Eight year old son and four year old daughter loved the carnitas and asked for them again! This one is keeper! Thank you for sharing this recipe!

Zucchini Brownies

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2007
These were great! I am a "Weight Watcher" so I did not add the frosting and they were still great. My kids and husband ate them up! They are 4pts w/o frosting. Next time I will sub unsweetened applesauce for the oil. They then will drop to 2pts each w/o frosting. (I cut mine into 20 squares rather than 24.) Thanks for the recipe!!

First time I made these the crumb topping didn't get right. I tried them again b/c everyone else loved them...this time I softened the 1 tbsp of butter before adding in to the crumb mix...out of this world!! Crumb topping is crunchy and sweet...will make again!
