Angel Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2014
Excellent sauce and the whole family loved it! Served over rice instead of noodles so doubled the sauce. Other than that followed recipe to the letter. Fantastic!

The Amazing Swedish Meatball

Reviewed: Jun. 25, 2011
Not a good sauce. I made a large batch for an anniversary party and it stayed in the pot. I followed the recipe to the letter except used less salt because of other reviews and it tasted like salty flour soup. Will not make this one again, sorry.

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

Reviewed: Aug. 14, 2009
Everyone liked it but it tasted more like chicken paprikas than cordon bleu. I followed the directions exactly and my sauce was more red so watch how much paprika you add.

Breakfast Casserole

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2009
Let me start by saying, I'm not the breakfast chef in our house but I made this one morning and it's a great recipe. I changed one main ingrediant and oh my, what a difference. Instead of bread I used english muffins as the base. My husband was questioning that move but he very quickly changed his mind. Amazing and a highly requested for breakfast now.

Quiche Lorraine I

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2008
Fabulous! Thanks for the recipe. This has become a Christmas morning tradition at our house and everyone loves it. I forgot the swiss and used shredded Jarlesburg this year and oh my, what a difference. It was the best ever and it just made the quiche even better. I also suggest either a bigger pie crust or a 3rd one because there is always extra egg mixture.

Barbecue Beef for Sandwiches

Reviewed: Sep. 25, 2005
This recipe is great! I made it for my husbands football party and the guys loved it. I'm not a huge fan of barbecue beef but this was different and awesome. I was really looking forward to leftovers but unfortunately there weren't any. This is a keeper!
